MinniTuner: A Windows 11 optimizer that shows every change and can undo it

You stay in charge

Nothing is pre-ticked. Every item shows its real state and a plain-language badge before you decide.

A restore point and undo for every change

A restore point first, then one change at a time, each logged for Undo. Irreversible items say so before you tick them.

Free to start

BasicTuner is free: it clears startup bloat, telemetry, visual effects and cached files to free up CPU, RAM and disk. Advanced, for gaming rigs, scans for free and needs a license key to apply its changes. AI Workstation comes later.

Guardrails
Windows Defender stays on. Anti-cheat and game launcher services are never turned off.
Engine
Built on PowerShell scripts that are checked for tampering every time it starts.
Assistant
Ask Minni, the built-in helper, is off by default and needs a license key. Nothing is sent anywhere until you turn it on.
Beta
MinniTuner is in open beta; the current build is 1.8.0. Report anything odd by email; fixes ship as a fresh download at the same link.
Pricing
BasicTuner is free. Advanced scans for free; applying its changes needs a license key. Ask Minni needs a license key too.
In development
AI Workstation shows in the app but cannot be opened yet.

How a change happens

Open a tool and it scans every item live and shows its real state. Nothing is pre-ticked. You tick what you want, a restore point is created, each change is applied one at a time and logged, and Undo replays that log.

What it will never do

Windows Defender’s real-time protection stays on. Anti-cheat and game launcher services are never turned off. It never tells Defender to skip your Temp or Downloads folders. Anything that cannot be undone says so before you tick it.
