Who we are#

Minni AI ("we") runs minniai.com and makes MinniMemoryMCP, MinniCode and MinniTuner. Questions about this policy go to MinniMemory@gmail.com.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or use analytics or tracking scripts. The public site sets no cookies; your theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and nowhere else. The staff console at /MinniHQ, used by our team only, sets a login cookie for the signed-in staff member.

The website#

Chat widget#

Messages you type into the chat are sent to our service and forwarded to a model provider (OpenRouter) to produce the answer. We do not store the conversation; it lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. The provider receives the message text and handles it under its own terms.

Early access and booking forms#

The email address and any message you submit are relayed to our mailbox through Resend, an email delivery service. We keep no copy outside that mailbox. If the relay fails, the request is written to the service log so it is not lost, and the site offers you a direct email link instead.

Downloads#

Installer downloads are served through our service. No account or email is needed.

Request logs and rate limits#

Our service is hosted on Render. Like any web server it sees your IP address with each request. We use it for a per-IP rate limit that protects the chat, forms and downloads from abuse; that limit lives in memory and forgets an address about an hour after its last request. Hosting logs are kept by Render for its standard retention period and are not used for anything else.

MinniMemoryMCP and the Claude Code plugin#

MinniMemoryMCP runs entirely on your computer. It reads the memory files you point it at, writes a compiled copy beside them, keeps a backup for undo, and records what it did in a .minnimemory folder in that project. It makes no network requests, calls no model and sends nothing to us or anyone else.

The Claude Code plugin is the same program installed through Claude Code. Its hooks read the text of your prompt and the list of files Claude Code loaded, only to decide which of your own memory files to point at. None of that leaves your machine.

MinniCode#

MinniCode is a coding agent that runs on your computer with your own free API key. Your key is saved only on your disk. The code and instructions MinniCode works on are sent to the provider whose key you gave it, under that provider’s terms, and not to us.

Three things can reach Minni AI, each by your choice. minnicode update asks minniai.com for the latest version and carries no key and no data. The password-protected tester option (MinniAILLMService) sends your turns to our service and on to Anthropic’s Claude; we log counts and cost only, never a message. If your company connected MinniCode to the Minni orchestrator, run events go to your company’s MinniHQ: ids, names from fixed lists, times and token counts, never a prompt, a reply or a tool’s arguments.

MinniTuner#

MinniTuner audits and tunes Windows settings on your PC. Scans, changes, restore points and undo all happen locally. On launch the app asks minniai.com whether a newer build exists; that request carries nothing about you beyond what any web request carries, and it is the only call the app makes until you turn the assistant on.

The optional "Ask Minni" assistant is off until you turn it on and consent. When on, your questions, your PC specs and the names of catalog items on the current screen are sent to our service and forwarded to a model provider. Items MinniTuner discovered live on your PC are sent as "(name withheld)". The conversation is never saved by us or by the app.

Your choices and your rights#

• To have a form submission deleted from our mailbox, email us from the same address.
• The chat and the assistant are optional; everything else on the site works without them.
• The products store nothing with us, so there is nothing of yours for us to export or delete; the files they write are on your own disk.

Minni AI operates from Ontario, Canada, and follows Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). If you are elsewhere, the same commitments apply.

Changes#

When we change what is collected, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. The page is kept in the site’s source repository, so every version is on record.
